California gaining reputation for premium chocolates
First wine, then cheese, now, according to the International Herold Tribune, California is gaining a reputation as a producer of premium chocolates: “by 2000 California had edged out Pennsylvania, home of Hershey’s, to become the nation’s chocolate capital.
