This network was established by a small business and has been run on a shoestring budget- to say the least. We are now more than ready to move to the next level in our development and are actively seeking investors and advisors. The venture has now been legally incorporated in the State of California under the name California Trade Corporation and is legally authorized to issue shares. We recently released a funding request on several investor networks, and will send this document to interested and qualified parties.
